WILL TICKETS BE SENT BY POST?
Bookings will be confirmed by email and wristbands will be issued on arrival.

CAN I PAY ON THE DAY?
Yes, you can pay on the gate. Camping pitches must be booked in advance.

WHAT WILL MY WRISTBAND ALLOW ME TO DO?
Your wristband will allow entry to all venues on Saturday (10am-2am) and Sunday (10am-1am), to see Bands and DJs, the Vintage Market, Classic Car Show, Flea Market, Drag Racing, Static Vintage Aircraft, Jive Contest, Soapbox Derby, Cavalcade of Chrome and Vintage-Style Cinema. Jive Classes, Classic Car Rides, Roller Rink, Crazy Golf, Trampolines, Car Parking and an Event Programme are also provided free of charge.

CAN I RESERVE TICKETS FOR THE BIG FRIDAY NITE PRE-PARTY?
Tickets for the Big Friday Nite Pre-Party are available on the door only. Doors will open at 8pm.

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?
Yes, admission for under 16s is free on Saturday and Sunday. Teens under 16 will need proof of age. Under 16s will be allowed into all venues until 11pm Saturday and 10pm Sunday. Late Nite Sessions and Burlesque are adults only.

WILL I NEED TO PAY EXTRA FOR ANYTHING?
You will need to pay for food & drink, plus the Wall of Death, Funfair Rides, Barber, Beauty Parlour and any shopping.

WHAT TIME CAN WE GET IN?
Pre-booked campers can arrive on Friday between midday and 9pm only, and on Saturday from 9am.
Gates will open to Day Visitors from 10am on Saturday and Sunday.
PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE OUTSIDE THESE TIMES, AS ENTRY TO THE SITE WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE.

WHAT ARE THE CAR PARKING ARRANGEMENTS?
Show vehicles can park on the aerodrome. The public car park is just across the road. Parking is free of charge.

WHAT ARE THE ARRANGEMENTS FOR DISABLED VISITORS?
There is designated Disabled Parking on tarmac, close to the main building. Space is limited, so disabled spaces must be booked in advance. When full, further Disabled Parking will be designated in the public car park. If you are disabled and require camping you will be able to camp next to your vehicle. There is a disabled access toilet situated in the Aviator Bar and disabled chemical cubicles on the festival field. Please be aware that some of the event will be on a grass surface. This is well maintained and level but wheelchair users or people with mobility problems may need some assistance.

WHAT IF IT RAINS?
All music venues and dance floors are covered, so rain will not stop play! Hangar One, Hangar Two and the Cirrus Suite, plus two bars and the restaurant, are inside permanent, interconnected buildings. There is a large wooden dance floor in the ATOMIC marquee and there are picnic tables for eating and drinking in the Truck Stage marquee.

WHAT FOOD AND DRINK IS AVAILABLE?… CAN I BRING MY OWN?
Sywell Aerodrome has its own restaurant and fully stocked bars in the Historic Club House, Hangar One and Cirrus Suite. There will also be a large marquee bar and a range of high quality food and drink outlets on the airfield, open until late in the evening. A grand buffet breakfast will be available each morning, in Hangar One. You are welcome to bring your own picnic and drinks, but these must not be taken into any of the licensed premises.

WHAT FACILITIES ARE ON THE CAMPSITE?
Showers and flushing toilets with lighting and hot & cold water will be provided and there will be plenty of chemical toilet cubicles. Your pitch does not include water or electrical hook up. Hairdryers are provided in the Pamper Parlour.

WHAT IS THE SIZE OF A CAMPING PITCH?
Maximum pitch size for tents is 5m x 8m, including guy ropes. Maximum length for motor homes or caravans is 25ft.

CAN I USE A GENERATOR? CAN I USE A BBQ ON THE CAMPSITE?
Generators must comply with Health & Safety regulations and must be turned off if considered to be causing a noise nuisance to neighbours. Purpose made BBQs are allowed but must not be left unattended until they are cold. If you intend to use a BBQ you should have a Fire Extinguisher, Fire Blanket, bucket of sand or water to hand.

WILL I BE ABLE TO PARK ON THE CAMPSITE?
For safety reasons, the campsite and car park are separate. You will not be able to park next to your pitch but you can unload on the camping field before moving your car to the car park, which is just across the road.

ARE DOGS ALLOWED?
Well-behaved dogs are welcome but must be kept on leads and under control at all times.

DO I NEED TO BOOK A PITCH TO TRADE AT THE FLEA MARKET?
Flea Market pitches are allocated on the day, on a first come, first served basis. Admission for buyers and sellers is by wristband only. Each stall must be a maximum of 2.5m x 2.5m. Vintage and used goods only. No new items, please.

ARE THERE ANY RULES REGARDING PHOTOGRAPHY OR VIDEO RECORDING?
Photography and video recording is allowed for personal use.
Any form of recording for commercial purposes requires the express permission of Maine Events Ltd. Your attendance at the event is on the understanding that pictures or video obtained by official press photographers and videographers may be used for promotion of future events and/or media publication or broadcast.

ARE THERE ANY ATM MACHINES ON SITE?
There are no ATM machines on site. For a small fee, cash is available from Reception at the Aviator Hotel.
